it's not a hotel

the idea behind creating sonapani is not to make a hotel where clients drop in. we wanted to make a place where we could host you as guests.

you would come in as guests and we would ensure that we are friends as we part. we would like you to take back some fond mountain memories that will draw you back to sonapani, again and again!

people mostly associate the hills with the view of snow clad peaks. we have plenty of it here but that is not the only thing we would like you to take back. we would like you to take back memories which, along with nature, also have people in it. the simple hardworking and honest folks of this land and their rich cultural tradition.
