*we have two family cottages
which have a separate area for kids with a bunker bed to
accommodate two children. charges for kids between 5 to 12
years of age is Rs. 850 while charges for an extra adult
staying in the room remains the same, as in case of other
cottages.
the cost is inclusive of morning and evening tea,
breakfast, lunch and dinner.
the cost does not include cost for travel, mineral
water, juices, cold drinks and items of personal
nature. the cost also does not include pony charges for
carrying luggage except for 1st & last day transit. pony
charges on other days would be rs. 80 per round to the road
head.
the driver/helpers/maids are charged Rs. 300 per day
for food and stay.
booking & payments: please pay 100% advance for confirmed
bookings. all payments to be made through cash or cheque/dd
payable at the ncr of delhi
cancellation charges are 15% of the total amount.
cancellation charges within 15 days of the arrival date
would be 50% of the total amount while cancellations done
within 7 days of arrival date would be 100% of the total
amount. |

cost for
groups is not a direct multiplication of the figures provided on
the left.
the per person charge can be more or less than those figures
depending on the number of days of stay, number of people, type of
activities planned and experts required to conduct the same.
with groups, we also undertake the responsibility of transport
wherein we arrange and execute the entire travel plan - from delhi
to delhi.
the journey can be arranged by train to kathgodam. then suv's or a
bus could take you to sonapani.
alternatively, we can take a bus or suv's from the place of
group's origin or delhi. we can arrange for normal deluxe buses to
air conditioned luxury buses, depending on your budgets and
preferences.
